Russia: Orders going to Russia take longer to process; please expect a delay of up to 3 working days before your parcel is dispatched.
Republic of South Korea: Customers will receive an FTA document with their parcel, all orders requiring this document will take one additional working day to dispatch.
We cannot deliver to Indonesia, PO Boxes or BFPO addresses.

How long does delivery take?
Orders was made before 1pm, Monday - Friday, will be sent that day*; orders received after 1pm will be sent out on the next business day. It should arrive the following 2 - 3 business days.

How do I know if my order has been shipped?
You will receive an email dispatch confirmation to confirm your goods have been despatched, it will also contain a tracking link for next day deliveries and international packages.
Changing the delivery address.
For online orders, there is the option to ship to a different address than the one at which your card is registered. For security, this service is discretionary. We reserve the right to only ship to the billing address, or verify details with our customers before shipping to a different address. If you have made a mistake with your delivery details contact us immediately. We will try to amend them. Orders placed by telephone must be shipped to the billing address. If the order has already left our office, the delivery address cannot be changed.
Occasionally we may carry out security checks on orders. If you have been asked to supply additional information please remember that we cannot begin the dispatch process until the information is received.

Each country has their own goods import procedures. USA customs sometimes need further details of a high value orders, such as manufacturer details. If you have an order in customs, please contact us on firstname.lastname@example.org quoting your order no and we can help you
Customs & import charges
Customs and import duties will be charged once the parcel reaches its destination country. These charges must be paid directly by the recipient of the parcel.
We have no control over these charges, as customs policies and import duties vary widely from country to country we cannot tell you what the cost would be.
If any parcels returned due to customs charges being higher than expected, we reserve the right to refund the transaction less costs incurred.
Orders not received.
International shipments can occasionally be held up in customs or there can be delays between countries. If you’re an international customer who’s order hasn’t arrived after 7 working days from despatch, please contact email@example.com
Please check that you have not got a card from the couriers.
Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Perishable goods such as food, flowers, newspapers or magazines cannot be returned. We also do not accept products that are intimate or sanitary goods, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases.
Additional non-returnable items:
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable)
Book with obvious signs of use
CD, DVD, VHS tape, software, video game, cassette tape, or vinyl record that has been opened
Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error
Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a 7 days.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at email@example.com and send your item to: 6 George Street Alderley Edge GB SK9 7EJ.
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he will find out about your return.
To return your product, you should mail your product to: 6 George Street Alderley Edge GB SK9 7EJ together with the returns form - we need a reason please before we can refund.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
If you are shipping an item over £75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
Please note that in the interests of hygiene we do not accept returns on underwear.
Please note the following:
- All return charges are the Customer ‘s liability.
- We will refund postage/ shipping costs if there is a fault with the product. However, we cannot accept responsibility for return or re-shipping costs incurred when returning non-faulty items.
Any return not complying with these terms will be rejected. This does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer.
